Refund Policy

Reiki sessions

All sessions are booked through Calendly and paid in advance via Square unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund. We're happy to discuss rescheduling on a case-by-case basis, but it isn't guaranteed.
• No-shows (missed appointments with no notice) are treated the same as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility

• If you cancel with the required notice, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, or the option to apply the amount toward a future session.
• Refunds are not offered once a session has taken place. Reiki is an energetic and wellness practice, not a guaranteed medical outcome, so satisfaction with the experience isn't grounds for a refund after the session is complete.
• If ENRGY by JSMN needs to cancel or reschedule a session (illness, emergency, technical issue, etc.), clients will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule per the client's choice.

How to request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund

• Contact us at support@shopjsmn.com as soon as possible, including your name and appointment date/time.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3-10 business days back to the original payment method.
